assalammualaikum and hye to everyone here. i hope u all will like my blog and follow my stories everyday and give some comment in my pages. hehehehe..... After rest 2 week, im ready to do my Internship at Felda Holdings Sdn. Bhd. im fell so scared, worry and happy.. Before now, i already had my own experience working at Robinson The Garden. i working as a promoter for man department. i wake up around 5.00 am and get prepared to my first job. We arrived to Balai Felda around 7.45 am. My first perception about Felda is Kelapa Sawit and Kelapa Sawit. I never know that the Felda is the bigger companny and had so many businesses in one name. Their arrange transportation, tender, kontrak and so on. En Hadi is the person that handles practical students. After meet he, he introduce we to our manager En. Mohamad Osman, the Senior Manager in Felda Palm Industries. He explains we about this company but not details just a little bit only. It’s good for me because we can know what this company provides to people outside. En Mohamad told us that our department in renovation mood so after finishes all the renovation we can get our table and get our task. For this week we have to sit in visited room until finish working hours

Today is my second day in Felda Palm Industries. Tuan haji Mad gives our first task which is a book about department of Procurement. We have to study it. I noticed that the procurement more provide to Tender, Contract like PO and PR. Tuan Haji Mad promises to us that he will find a place to us. Before now we have to sit in visitor room until the work finish. We get a new friend here which is Diana and Habibah. Diana teach us how to do PO and PR using SAP. After take our lunch we continue our revision. Hopefully we can get our table as soon as possible. It’s so bored to sit here without do anything. My friend already got their table and gets their task. I’m so jealous with them. Heheehe. Hope tomorrow its better. Go nana!!!!!!

Today we can enter to our department. After 2 day sit in visitor room. Now we can a take a long breath. I already transfer to MIS. It’s hard to stay in procurement department with 2 people. So Tuan Haji Mad transfers I and learn about MIS. It’s good to me because we can enlarge our knowledge and not to focuses in one thing. After Tuan Haji Mad told like that, he calls En Suhaimi to handle my case. En Suhaimi is a nice person and easy to communicate with him. He introduces me to our supervisor En Malek. I’m fell so scared right know, before he will ask me a lot of question. Hope I can answer the entire question. After him briefing me about MIS he shows me my table and I can sit this table until the owner comes back from holiday. At least I get a table..yahoooo. The department of MIS is in charge of transportation, insurance, multimedia, and JambaTimbang. Today I only sit and acquainted with people here. No job for me today, after meets all the staff I get back to my chair and read a noted about Felda. i only sit and watch people walk and see what they do. so funny. today it's Thursday hope i will get a task. bye Wednesday. hehehee.....

When I enter to my department, I see a new face, so cute n hensem. Hehee.he sits in front of me. Yesterday he not come to office because have outside work. I guess. He name is En Sharel. First meet him I fell bashful. huhuhuhu. J After friend with him I can know him a little bit, he so sporting and simple and easy to communicate. If I have a question about MIS I can ask him and get some opinion. It’s good for me as a new staff here. Hope we can be friend longer after I finish my practical in Felda. After having a lunch with my friend i get a new task which is key in the data about transportation. I only put the data to excel. Put the data follow the place and registration number. In one day I can finish key in all the data. I have to stay like day and show my potential. Tomorrow is a holiday because hindu people will celebrating Deepavali festival. That’s all for today. Assalammualaikum and good morning to everyone. Today 8 November 2010 and this is a week 2 for me. I had 7 week more to finish my practical in Felda. So nice to had a experience here and been a friend with all the staff here. I enter the office around 8.10 am. Not too early and not too late. My job today for this day is, continue my job last week. I chech again to make sure the data are already key in. if I do some mistake my supervisor will scolded me. So scared. I know that my supervisor not like that, look like distinct but nice. So I check back. I check the file twice and the data already finish and I can give back to my supervisor to make a next action. After finish the work I get another file and do the same thing. Enter the new input to the same data before this. I can do it. to my friend, keep working k. you all can do. To norain, I will support u from back. Always patient and remember ALLAH in whatever u do. I’m sure that ALLAH will always help u. go go chaiyokk..And to my friend, Syikin, and cfa sory k because I can’t hang out with u guys like previously. Hahaha…assalamualaikum

Hye everyone here, nothing different compare to other day. It’s same. Today I have to continue my work which is put the record data to excel. As I told u guys previously, MIS more to transportation, insurance, compound and registration car. So the staff have to remember the car out in. it’s very important because if the car get compound when they drive in the road the company can know. It’s easier and faster compare we use manual method. Before this, MIS are using manual method that they have to write all the data in one paper. 2009 they try to improve the system and build one system than can help the staff and customer. After finish all the work I can continue my blog and write something that can make me happy. I luv to watch Japanese and korean drama. Luv their actor.. muahhhh

Assalammualaikum, hye. Ermmm today i went to office around 8.05 am. I open my laptop and continue my work. Before this, I only sit and watch people work but now I have my work and no time to watch people anymore. Love to do my work. Thank you En. Sharel coz gives me some work. I really enjoy. Hahaha…when I’m doing my work, En Sharom give me a book and he ask me to see and read the info. This book tells us about mission, vision and organization chart. After finish the work I read the book and write some note. If I forget I can read from my book. 1 o’clock pm I go out for a lunch (makannnn) yummmmy. Love it.

Assalammualaikum. 10 o’clock I’ve a meeting with my department. The meeting is calling ICC. The main purpose for this meeting is to define inappropriate use of machinery insurance. So we’ve 7 people are join this meeting. I also join it. We’ve to find the solution to decrease this problem. Their also want to build one system that called SOP. SOP stand for Standard Operating Procedures. So settle this problem we’ve to follow the rules which is we’ve to know 5W and 1H. 5W is what, where, who, when and why and for H is how. We also use Carta Tulang Ikan. I remember this when I study in form 6. I study business so my teacher, teach we about this chart. After finish discussion all the problem we can back to our table and do the work again. During break, my department invites me to lunch together. We eat at Johnny’s. We take a steamboat. Hehe.. After break for 2 day, im very excited to work..yeahhh. Can meet all the staff and share the story. Love to know them. I’m so surprise to know that I already practical in felda in 3 week. Alhamdulillah. All the work runs smoothly. My work today is continuing my previous work. Key in the data to excel, Simple, but if we make a mistake all the data cannot come out. So I have to careful. Nothing different today, is same like previous-previous day, just sit and do it my work. For ur information I already have my own place, hehehee..i like it because I can do anything. Every day I will bring my laptop. In my table I have two computers. One is mine and another one is Felda. With my laptop I can update my blog and create one story to share wif u guys. Today work is continuing the work before raya. Update the data and blog. I don’t know what I should put to my blog to make my blog interesting. Not every day we get a work; sometime we have to continue the same work to make sure us adept with that work. From now, I have advanced to do all the work, not a rant but I say the true. Hehee.

Assalammualaikum, today is Monday, a new day for a new week. My first work today is, Create SOP for application temporary permit for vehicle. Sound like easier, but is hard because we’ve make sure the procedure is correct. En Sharel always help me with the entire task there are given to me. The work can become easier for me because I do not know anything about SOP until I practical to this Company. I also learn how to use Microsoft office outlook. We can send the data direct to the person. Can save the time, no need pen drive.

Doing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The title is how to request a Permit for transport. Draw the SOP step by step. Easier to understand. After edit the previous task, I get this task. Everyday have a task to do. So I don’t get a bored anymore.

Assalamualaikum. Today work is creating a new SOP for Permit. Use colorful color to make the SOP interest to read. Today task is simple and relaxed. No need to rushing. I only do the same task in one week; the difference is title of the task. Ok see you tomorrow with a new task or continue same task.

Assalamualaikum and good morning. Now we already in week 5, so fast time running. We only have 3 week to finish our internship. Today I get a new task from en Sharom. The task is, update the data. for example the worker use a SAP to make a invois or other thing. so with that work the computer can check the minute and the price for 1 minute. if the staff use the system more longer, the money that department should pay is more bigger. The data is linked with the entire place in Felda. With master CPU we can check the data. with all the data i can update the minute and price for every department.

today i get a new work, very happy. at least i can learn something new and enlarge my mind. i need to create slide show for convention ICC that be held in Hotel Equatorial in Bangi. i need 5 day to finish it, quick strange, but is the reality. i need to waiting the information day by day, if the factory not give the info i can't continue the slide show. the slide show can be broken.

new work or task. i supposed create one card for birthday party. the birthday is the place we celebrate person are born in November until December. the birthday party will celebrate 5 times in one years. i get the opportunity to celebrate this part. for me, if i involved this party are also give meaning to me, because in our college we do not celebrate all of this. so i can look the reality life in work place.thanks to FPISB because give me opportunity and help me when i need a help. really enjoy working with you guys.

last day in FPISB. all the memories i will remember until the end. all the skill and knowledge i will remember and use it when i'm working someday. so sad and touching with all what they do for me, their buy me a food and care for me like their son. i'm very appreciate that. thank you so much for that memories. i help them to photocopy all the document and put the document into the file
